Hoboken Farms Low Sodium Hummus
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
- ½ cup Hoboken Farms Low Sodium Marinara
- 1 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 cloves garlic
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Combine first 6 ingredients in the bowl of a food processor
Step 2: Process while slowly adding olive oil, about 30 seconds
Step 3: Scrape edges of bowl to combine all ingredients and process for an additional 30 seconds, or until
smooth
Step 4: Serve with your favorite veggies, pretzels or pita bread and enjoy!
